Lifecycol's Pop Up UK Bike Packing and Yoga Tour

Lifecycol's Pop Up UK Bike Packing and Yoga Tour

We love these guys!

Crazy active mad couple, Amy and Ian Johnston, from Lifecycol are hitting the UK this August with their bike-packing and pop up yoga tour!

Self funded, carrying all their kit, including TWO yoga mats, Amy and Ian will cycle from London to Leeds and back, completely unsupported for 21 consecutive days, covering a minimum of 75 kilometres per day.

En route, they will POP UP at some of the UK's best cycling and yoga spaces, promoting their Morzine, French based adventure sports company whilst teaching some fun fuelled yoga sessions.

Their combined love of road cycling and yoga is super infectious and will take you off on your own little trip as they 'peddle' their way through each event. Truly embodying their brand mantra, 'Progress In Life Through Adventures,' Amy and Ian genuinely want to enthuse others to do the same and live life to the full.

And if that wasn't enough, entry to each of the venues is by donation, with all proceeds going to Kitale School in Uganda, a charity which aims to enrich the lives of Kitale children through education and independence.

Here's the full venue list:

And no, you don't have to be a bike or yoga addict, just curious is enough, so go along, ignite some adrenalin and have some fun!
