Returns
Return your item within 14 days to receive a full refund*

How to Make a Return:

1. Navigate to the Returns link on the footer at the bottom of the website and follow the instructions.

2. We’ll email you an Evri QR code (usually same day / within 1-2 working days).
NB: Please note this is the only return method we use

3. Pack the item in a mailer bag (the original packaging is perfect) and seal it well.

4. Take it to your local Evri ParcelShop (or Evri Locker). Show the QR code.
They’ll print the label (if needed) and take the parcel / open the locker.

Important: Keep your proof of drop-off.

5. When your parcel arrives back, we will check it and make the refund with your original payment method. We deduct a £2.50 returns fee from the refund. 

How to Make an Exchange:

1. If you wish to return an item for an Exchange, please follow the instructions above for returning your item.

2. The returns delivery fee for an Exchange is free. We will send your replacement after your Return is received and approved.

*T&C´s apply - see below for full details:

  • If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and unfortunately cannot make a refund if items have been lost during transit.
  • To be eligible for a Return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, unworn, no marks. It must also be in the original packaging with all labels attached.
  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, if applicable. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 
  • Please allow 5-7 working days for Return refunds and Exchanges to be processed after receipt of the returned items.
  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or faulty.
  • If the new exchanged item is less in value than the returned item, we will provide a credit note for the difference, less any taxes and duties. However additional payment will be required for any new exchanged item where the value is more than the original item.
  • Your statutory rights remain unaffected by this policy.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@fromclothing.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Additional non-returnable items:
We do not refund Gift Cards or specified sale items.
