What Happens Next

We’ll email you an Evri QR code and the next steps within 1 - 2 working days.

A £2.50 returns fee is deducted from your refund. Exchanges are free to return (no fee).

Items must be unworn, unwashed, clean, with tags/liners (if included), and returned within 14 days of delivery.

Pack the Return item, ideally in the original packaging, and seal it well.

Take it to your local Evri ParcelShop (or Evri Locker). Show the QR code. They’ll print the label (if needed) and take the parcel / open the locker. Important: Keep your proof of drop-off.

Once we receive and check your Return we will make any refund due to your original payment method.

If you are making an Exchange we will send your replacement after your original Return item is received and approved.
